Please review the registration, cancellation, media consent and sponsorship information carefully before completing your conference participation process.
Registration and Cancellation Policies
Important terms guiding pre-registration, cancellations, refunds, transfer requests and conference participation.
- All pre-registrations must be completed on or before September 30, 2026, prior to the start of the conference.
- All cancellations and transfer requests are subject to a 25% administrative surcharge.
- Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight or transportation cancellations, unattended events, or early departure.
- In the rare event of conference cancellation, SOEHPON will not be responsible for, nor will it provide refunds for, costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee.
- Registration, attendance or participation in the SOEHPON AISCE constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SOEHPON’s use and distribution, both now and in the future, of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, video tapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.

Student and OEM Trainee Sponsorship
A competitive sponsorship opportunity for students and Occupational and Environmental Medicine trainees wishing to attend AICE 2026.
Applications are invited from students and Occupational and Environmental Medicine, OEM, trainees wishing to attend AICE 2026.
As there are a limited number of sponsorship places available, applications will be assessed competitively by the Sponsorship Review Committee.
Applicants must submit:
- A brief statement outlining their current studies or training, interest in occupational and environmental medicine, and how attendance will contribute to their professional development.
- An abstract for either an oral or poster presentation.
Applications will be assessed based on the quality and relevance of the abstract, the applicant’s commitment to occupational and environmental medicine, and any other criteria determined by the Sponsorship Review Committee.
